Task List
Posted by on July 2nd, 2009 in Unemployment · 0 CommentsOf course planning for the wedding and finding a job are tasks #1 and #1a. Here are some others to occupy my time…
- Work on the Rubberband Ball Project
- Make a mini patio in the backyard
- Sell the box of used books & CDs in the garage
- Work on my tan
- Take stuff to Goodwill
- Going to really learn how to take excellent pictures with the camera
- Finish It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and start watching 30 Rock

Hello unemployment, remember me?
Posted by on June 30th, 2009 in Unemployment · 2 CommentsWow… 7 months went by fast, huh?
It was the end of November when the powers that be at WaMu let me know that June 30th would be my last day with the bank.

I’ve had one of these days before, it was October 15, 2002 when Oracle (but at that time without notice), said that they didn’t need me anymore. That was the begining of a 13 month time in my life of traveling and well, just having fun.

Nailing Down the July Trip
Posted by on June 10th, 2009 in News · 0 CommentsSo I bought a $420 ticket to Frankfurt back in January knowing that my time at WaMu would be over.
Since the trip is 4 weeks away, I thought it would be a good time to start figuring out where i was going to go.
Weeelllll… after thinking long and hard I’m going to check out Vienna and Budapest, and since Bratislava is in between, that’s worth stopping to check out too!

Memorial Day Bike Ride
Posted by on May 26th, 2009 in News · 0 CommentsKirsten was on call at the hospital. I went for a 42-mile bike ride from Green Lake to the Red Hook Brewery with Dave & Lisa (towing Megan), Ben, Sidira, and Jon.
I always thought is was 18-miles one way. Oh well…
