well, it’s turned out to be a petty busy weekend… Saturday’s 95 degree temperatures slowed everyone down, but I went with Dave & Lisa to see Chelsea FC play Celtic FC at Seahawks Stadium. We had some great seats behind one of the goals and I was able to take some pretty good photos (which will be uploaded soon)… Then it was off to Magnolia for Susan & Giles’s going away party as they head down to Berkeley… On Sunday I went to a Villanova Alumni meeting where I was selected to be the Vice -President of the Pacific Northwest Chapter. It was sort of one of those things where they said “Mike should be Vice-President…” And then I was!
OK, I guess if I update the page, that it helps if I actually upload the file to miketown… anyways, last night Dylan and I made it to the Red Sox game at Safeco. The place was filled with Red Sox fans. It was a great environment and a great game, even though the Mariners ended up winning. I just wish the Sox were in town for more than 2 games and hoping that today’s game wasn’t at 1:30. Oh well…
Hey folks, yea, yea, yea.. I know it’s been a while since I updated the Blog, but c’mon- give a guy a break… I made a spontaneous last second trip to the SF Bay Area over the Fourth of July weekend to spend our Nation’s Birthday w/ Kim & Ryan… and then at the Olympic Track & Field Trials in Sacramento
