Quick Update

Hey folks, yea, yea, yea.. I know it’s been a while since I updated the Blog, but c’mon- give a guy a break… I made a spontaneous last second trip to the SF Bay Area over the Fourth of July weekend to spend our Nation’s Birthday w/ Kim & Ryan… and then at the Olympic Track & Field Trials in Sacramento
