Uh oh… I’m already veering from the recipe. I’m moving away from Alton Brown’s Brine Recipe to another one of Sea Salt, brown sugar, cranberries, apples, garlic, orange peel, juniper berries Malabar Black peppercorns, thyme, rosemary, sage….
