Uh oh… I’m already veering from the recipe. I’m moving away from Alton Brown’s Brine Recipe to another one of Sea Salt, brown sugar, cranberries, apples, garlic, orange peel, juniper berries Malabar Black peppercorns, thyme, rosemary, sage….

Well, it’s kind of eerily weird at work. Today, management has let a majority of the employees know about their future with the JP Morgan Chase.

One of 3 options are possible; Being laid off as of Feb 1, Becoming a JP Morgan Chase employee, or becoming a transitional employee. I was dubbed with the “transitional” label and I’ll find out next week when exactly my last day with you.

So, co-workers who have been given the Feb 1 date are here packing stuff up. They get 60 days of vacation before they’re done.

That’s the job situation from Seattle. I just wanted to keep everyone posted and I’ll keep everyone posted with my last date whenever I find that out.
