We got into Delhi on the morning of Tuesday the 10th.

We took the bus to Jaipur on the 11th.

On Friday the 13th, we flew to Udaipur and met up with Brina & Matt. We made it, even after 5 hours of delays and being told “10 more minutes”.

Udaipur, according to Lonely Planet, has the #1 place to see in India- the floating Palace. It was also a filming site for James Bond’s Octopussy and every night the movie is shown all over the town.

From there we headed north to check out Kumbhalghar Fort and Ranakpur.

On Monday the three of us flew back to Delhi and on Tuesday the 17th, Kirsten and I went to Varanasi along the River Ganges where people go to bathe and return to the Mother Ganga when they die.

We went back to Delhi and then the four of us took the train to Agra to see the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort among other great sites.
